Brittany Pattakos & Paul Nassif's wedding in Greece was a dreamy, intimate affair

Every wedding I am blessed to be part of, is unique and memorable. Capturing glimpses in time from different people, with diverse backgrounds and culture is such a wonderful and overwhelming experience. Dr Paul Nassif and Brittany Pattakos’ wedding in Santorini was all of the above and beyond.

Living in Los Angeles but both originating in two Mediterranean countries, Lebanon and Greece, they opted for a blessing of their marriage and reception at Rocabella Santorini, one of the best Santorini wedding venues following their official religious ceremony at the St Nicholas Antiochian Orthodox Church in Los Angeles a week earlier.

The gentle breeze and warm, sunny weather were the perfect start for an amazing day on the most iconic Greek island.

Brittany was absolutely ravishing in her alluring, figure-hugging wedding dress, beaming with joy next to her dapper “Botched” star groom. Following a first look, we set off for the couple’s portrait session in Imerovigli village before returning to Rocabella Hotel for the ceremony and al fresco reception dinner.

As the sun went down to one of the amazing sunsets that Santorini is well-known for, Paul surprised Brittany with Lady Gaga’s “Always Remember Us This Way”, which he sang to her just before their first dance to “Is that Alright?” by the same soundtrack. The warmth, perfect chemistry and deep love between them was so evident that I can honestly say it was one of the most emotional weddings I have experienced all my years as a Santorini wedding photographer.
